You should have received an email on Monday from Texas REALTORS® alerting you to the early registration window for Executive Board members for September's Texas REALTORS® Shaping Texas Conference in San Antonio. Please take advantage of this early registration window at your earliest convenience.
The email from Monday contains a great deal of important information and details, so if you cannot locate it in your inbox, please click here to view it. Here are some key details that are important to know...
Per the Travel Policy, Executive Board Members are covered for three nights with self-parking. Additional nights or upgraded parking are personal expenses. Travel and meal expenses are not covered. Remember, attendance at the Executive Board meeting is required to be eligible for the nights to be covered.
Conference registration is complimentary to Executive Board members (using the proper discount code - contained in the email.)
Two complimentary tickets to the Installation Gala on Friday, September 8, are available to you as an incoming member of the executive board. The dress code is evening attire with a 1920’s theme.
Current Executive Board members are invited to the VIP Dinner on Saturday, September 9. This dinner is complimentary, but an RSVP is required (separate from Conference registration.) Please note that for the VIP Dinner, each Regional Vice President is offered a complimentary ticket for themselves as well for their spouse or significant other. The second ticket may not be extended to other REALTOR® members, family members, friends, etc. Please RSVP with this link.
The RVP Workshop on Thursday, September 7 is not mandatory for existing RVP's. Since it is an orientation for incoming RVP's it is a useful meeting for existing RVP's to attend to refresh our memories on policies and responsibilities and also to share best practices for success with new RVP's.
Please refer to the email for additional details and the discount code to use for complimentary registration. Please contact our Meetings Team with any questions (800-873-9155).
