Registration for Winter Meeting launched yesterday. Because of a system conversion, this is happening later than it usually does and Executive Board registration is simultaneous with general membership registration. So, it is critical that you take quick action on this to ensure hotel availability at the Hyatt.
You should have received an email from "Registrations" yesterday at about 2:13pm. If you did not receive it, please email the Meetings Team at registrations@texasrealtors.com. The registration link and DISCOUNT CODE for Executive Board members is on this email.
A couple things to know:
Per the Travel Policy, Executive Board members are covered for 3 nights and self-parking expenses.
One complimentary ticket to the Awards Luncheon is available to Executive Board members.
Regional Vice Presidents are expected to attend Executive Board meetings (Winter Meeting Executive Board meeting is February 10 from 7:30 - 11:45 a.m.). An RVP will be personally responsible for reimbursing Texas REALTORS® for any room, parking and registration fees expended on behalf of the RVP if the RVP attends any portion of the meeting but does not attend the Executive Board meeting.
in the event you are unable to attend or arrive on your confirmed arrival date, you will be invoiced for the no-show fee following the meeting. If you need to change your arrival date, please let the Meetings Team (registrations@texasrealtors.com) know at least 72 hours before your arrival or contact the hotel if it is the day of arrival.
NEW for this meeting registration, to be linked to your member record (and receive your complimentary ticket) you will need your NRDS ID # to register. If you do not know your number, you can find it by logging into the NAR Website and viewing your account information.
