NAR materials on class action litigation

NAR has released a fact sheet and Powerpoint slide deck intended to help members explain and better understand the ongoing litigation. NAR encourages members and leaders to use these as a reference to get to know where things stand, the facts behind the lawsuits and what NAR is doing to fight for our members and pro-consumer rules. The materials are free to be distributed to member groups and presented at local association meetings.
