The House and Senate have passed a Continuing Resolution (CR) which extends the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) through November 17th.
REALTORS are amazing. We had more than 27,000 responses to the CFA (3,015 from Texas!!) - thank you all for the help getting the word out!
We’re good for now, but not done yet Since this is a temporary fix, NAR is leaving the CFA open. The site now asks members to thank Congress for extending the program and urging them to not let it lapse in November. It’s possible we'll see another CFA at that time.
